This agreement is made this ____________ day of _______________________________

between ___________________________________ and Candy Hill Campground, Inc.

1. No alcohol may be consumed by anyone less than 21 years of age. Violation will result in early termination of the trip.
2. No SMOKING inside trolley; $100.00 charge per incident. No exceptions.
3. Clean-up fee for vomit or excessive spillage in the trolley will be $125.
4. Tolls and parking fees are not included in rental rate.
5. Damage to the trolley due to the clients' (or guests') negligence will be charged a minimum of $100. Insurance claims adjuster estimates may be required and the undersigned agrees to pay the estimated amount.
6. Rentals are limited to a 35 mile radius from Candy Hill Campground in Winchester, VA unless otherwise agreed upon.  The route and stops must be agreed upon in advance.
7. All unruly persons will be dropped of at the sole discretion of the driver..
8. Candy Hill Campground will not be responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen property.
9. Customer understands that any underage drinking or use of illegal substances occurring inside the trolley will be cause for immediate dismissal from the vehicle of all persons, who will then be subject to arrest by police.
10. Overtime will be billed in one hour increments.
11. Customer agrees that overtime will be billed at the contracted rate and agrees to pay any overtime charges.
12. Customer agrees that a replacement Bus or Limousine may be substituted in the event of any major mechanical problem, inclement weather, etc.
13. No standing is permitted on the outdoor rear portion of the trolley while the trolley is in motion.
14. Customer will be fully responsible for immediate payment of any violation tickets given to the Chauffeur or Driver for improper behavior of trolley guests, including but not limited to, standing/leaning out of trolley or windows, throwing objects out of vehicle, littering, etc. I authorize payment for the violation to be automatically charged to my credit card if not paid immediately in cash to the Driver.
15. I understand that no refund whatsoever will be issued in the event of any of the above.
